Computer Troubleshooting - If you computer is acting strangely, it could be caused by a multitude of things.  Both hardware and software have to work together to make your computer work properly.  If there is a problem with one or the other, then your computer will have problems.  Some of these problems can lead directly to data loss, or complete system failure.  If your computer does have a problem, and it is not dealt with quickly, that one small problem could escalate into something that could damage your business.   Phuzzy Logic will troubleshoot your system based on the symptoms you provide, then when  the cause has been found, we will advise you on how to rectify the problem.

Computer Repairs - Phuzzy Logic can repair any part of your computer system.  Whether it be a hard drive, CPU or motherboard, we can repair it.  This service may be required after the Computer Troubleshooting service has been performed.  We will not repair anything on your computer without your direct permission. 

Hard Drive Backup - There are a variety of reasons you need your data backed up.  You may want an archive of your files, or you might want to move that data to a new computer.  Whatever the reason, if you have data, we can back it up.   We can back up your data to CD, DVD, or another Hard Drive.  The choice is yours.

Data Recovery - Phuzzy Logic can revive most if not all data that was accidentally erased.  We can even bring back data from a formatted hard drive.  If you have lost data that is important to you, call Phuzzy Logic and we will do our best to revive your important data.  This is a best effort service, as some of the data may be corrupted or over-written by the hard drive.  If your hard drive is in really bad shape, such as it has been through a fire or flood, we cannot rescue your data, but there are services that do, and we would be happy to recommend one for you.

Virus Scanning and Removal - Viruses are the evil of the internet.  Can your business afford to lose data because of a virus?  Viruses get on your system, and can destroy files, or allow a hacker access to your computer, then they will replicate themselves and spread to all the computers on your network and e-mail themselves to everybody on your e-mail address list.  Once your computer is infected, it may never be the same again.  Phuzzy Logic will scan your system for viruses, remove some or all of them, then assess the situation and advise you what to do next.  Because of the destructive nature of viruses, this is a best effort service.  We will try our best to save your data, save time, and save money.

Spy-ware/Ad-ware Scanning and removal -  Spy-ware and Ad-ware are little programs that get installed on your computer in a myriad of ways.  What they do, is monitor your movements on the internet, and send a report to the spy-ware manufacturer.  With these reports, they can send targeted advertisements in the form of popup windows.  Some spy-ware will change your home page to something else, and not allow you to change it back.  If you are getting pornography popping up on your computer, you have spy-ware.  Another nasty effect of spy-ware is that it is a running program, so they slow your system down and impede performance of your computers.

Network Setup - As businesses grow, they tend to add more and more computers.  If those computers are networked, they allow you to share files and devices such as printers.  Call us today to have us come to your office, and analyze your networking needs, advise you as to what needs to be done, and then provide you with a quote.
