We Will Keep Our Mouths Shut

In the course of working with computers, it is inevitable that Phuzzy Logic technicians may discover confidential information that is stored on your computers. Although we try our best to not to view or read that information, sometimes it is necessary to resolve computer issues such as viruses. Knowing that, every Phuzzy Logic technician that is sent out into the field has signed a confidentiality agreement. This agreement forbids the technicians from using your information, spreading your information via any transmittable media or discussing your information with anyone else. It is our belief that your information is just that - yours. It does not belong to Phuzzy Logic, nor to its technicians. If any of your information is stored on Phuzzy Logic equipment, for example, backups or data recovery, the information will be completely erased or given to you upon completion of the said service.

Anything seen, heard or overheard at the service site also falls under the confidentiality agreement.  It will not be recorded, photographed, reproduced or discussed with anyone not directly related to that information. 

There is only one exception to this rule. Child Pornography. If any child pornography is discovered on the computer that is being serviced, the service will be terminated immediately, and the local police will be contacted. There is no place in the world for child pornography, and anyone who views it, is either directly or indirectly harming a child both physically and mentally. There will be NO exceptions to this rule.
